Hello My Name is Giveaway Hop #Hello2016

We’re ringing in the New Year with lots of giveaways! And by sharing some fun and wacky facts about ourselves. There’s a new giveaway at each stop so be sure to visit them all!

This blog hop is all about presenting fun facts about ourselves and I am up for the challenge.

1. I get a tad bit violent when I play sports (even when they aren't contact). That's why karate and I make such a perfect match.

2. Barring the fact from number one, I'm a peacemaker. I'd love for everyone in the world to get along and live in harmony and I try my best to make that happen by being positive.

3. I'm a classic Libra. It takes me forever to make a decision. Forever!

4. Put me in a room with statues and I'm running out of there as if I've heard gunshots.

5. I'm unforgettable. I'm not bragging when I say this. I'm nothing special, but once you meet me in person I'm impossible to forget.

6. I absolutely hate it when my stomach drops on a ride at the amusement park, but I'll go on those rides because of the drops.

7. I've been called crazy more than once in my life. Most times I didn't take offense.

8. Ticking things off of lists is one of my favorite things to do. It's so exhilarating to mark down your accomplishments.

9. Except for chocolate I enjoy giving things away. So for this hop I'm giving away a $5 All Romance ebooks gift card. All you have to do is enter the Rafflecopter.

By the way I have a book coming out on January 12th. The third in my Destiny Series which can be read as a stand alone. You can pre-order it before the 12th.

The Blurb

Time is ticking away for Adjoa Twum. She has until the end of the year to find a guy, fall in love, and marry. Or else, her father will disinherit her from the family business. Adjoa hasn’t had success with the dating game. No man meets her expectations. Esi, her cousin, suggests a fake relationship with Adjoa’s best friend, Kwame Opoku, to pacify her relentless father.

Kwame thinks Adjoa’s request is ridiculous. Posing as her boyfriend might get tricky, but he can’t say no to those beautiful eyes. Once the falsified relationship begins, things heat up. He discovers deep feelings for her, feelings that might lose Adjoa and her friendship.

Should they take the chance and up it to the next level?

Happy Reading!

Favorite Heroines Giveaway Hop - Win an $5 ARe giftcard #Giveaway

June 17th-24th we're sharing our favorite kickass heroines! Come meet these awesome ladies and find out why they're the best of the best. Be sure to stop by each blog. There's a giveaway at every stop!

It’s as if this blog hop was made for me. A huge thanks to Anna at Herding Cats and Burning Soup for organizing this. One of my favorite things about a romance novel is a strong heroine. Strong women raised and influenced me. No simpering females in my life who spent their time waiting for others (mostly men) to get things done for them.

I was going to limit myself to one heroine, but then I asked myself what’s the point of that when I can share four. I hope you enjoy them.

Annwyl the Bloody from Dragon Actually by G.A. Aikens. Not only can this woman fight, but she’s passionate and loyal. She’s my favorite in the while series. Amazon

My next choice brings tears to my eyes thinking about her. Raine is tough, snarky and had a horrible childhood. And yet she survived to become one of the best Waifs – they protect …. Yet had the ability to allow love into her life (not without a fight though). Shadow’s Edge by Jamie Gray is a must read.  Good news - it's free for a limited time Amazon

I will never forget Natalia from Twin Flames by Debbie Christiana. The woman resonated power and strength, and confidence. The whole concept of Twin Flames cinched the story for me. Buy link: Amazon

I couldn’t leave out one of my heroines. Being a woman of strength, myself, it would be a huge stretch for me to write in a weak heroine.  Can all of my heroine’s kick ass? In one way or another yes. The question is will they?  I present to you Sarita Cerez. An agent for the Secret Service who is willing and does kick some ass when it calls for it.  Amazon

I’m giving away a $5 Amazon gift card. All you have to do is leave a comment telling me your favorite heroine.

Thanks for stopping by. This is a blog hop so I hope you head on over to the other stops to see which heroines they’re praising.

Share the Love Blog Hop- #Giveaway

I love sharing, books, never chocolate. Anna at Herding Cats and Burning Soup has put on yet another stupendous blog hop. This time we're letting everyone know which blog or author we absolutely lurv.

I'd like to share with you a wonderful writer. I fell in love with her after reading one of her sweet books. I've since graduated to her more spicy novels. Delaney Diamond has a slew of books out, but I'm focusing on her Love Unexpected series. I've read the first book and loved it (read review here). The other two are sitting on my Kindle beckoning to me each time I turn it on.

One night changes everything . . . again.

Years ago, when Ryan Stewart saw Shawna Ferguson, it was love at first sight. Unfortunately, he wasn’t a free man, and his deception caused him to lose her after a weekend that changed his life.

When Shawna’s sister and brother-in-law set her up on a blind date, she has no idea it’s with Ryan, with whom she’d spent a weekend she wishes she could forget. She reluctantly agrees to finish the date with him, but doing so leaves her vulnerable to his charms and the heat he ignited in her that very first night.

They have nothing in common. So why can’t they stay away from each other?

Construction foreman Tomas Molina has no desire to settle down. He enjoys the single life too much, with all the choices of women available to him. But when ad executive Talia Jackson becomes single again, they start an affair that has him questioning his beliefs about relationships. And the next thing he knows, he’s the one demanding exclusivity.

Talia Jackson has always done what’s right. Gone to the right schools, worn the right clothes, and married the right man. Seeking a boost when her marriage ends in divorce, she finds comfort in the arms of Tomas Molina, a man who makes her feel alive in a way she never has before. Then an unexpected result of their affair forces her to make a tough decision—stay in the world she’s known all her life, or make a future with the man she’s grown to love.

They didn’t mean to fall in love…

Brenda Morrison has known Jay Santorini for years, but he’s off limits. He’s her friend’s ex-husband, and except for one slip-up, they’ve always had a platonic relationship. But now that she’s back in Atlanta, the smoldering attraction between them is much harder to resist.

Jay has always kept a hands-off approach to Brenda, and the time they spend together starts out innocently enough, or so he pretends. Because the truth is, Jay has feelings for her, and those feelings are anything but innocent.

My book cover is worthy of being exhibited in this hop. Look at it. Beautiful people, the ocean, scenic South Africa and my name on the cover. Sexy.

Blurb

Ghanaian nurse Aurora ‘Ora’ Aikins never expected to find the love of her life while on vacation in South Africa. Engaged to another and believing that love has no place in her life, she returns to Ghana, and puts duty and honor first.

Three years later, Dr. Jason Lartey still can’t get Ora out of his mind or his heart. After learning she never married, he takes a risk and moves to Ghana hoping to rekindle what they started. His sudden appearance in Ora’s Emergency Department sends sparks flying all over again.

They’re in the same country, working in the same hospital, and together but distance creeps between them. Can they make their destined love one for the ages?
