V is for Vloop (my made up word)

I’m not sure if I’m allowed to make up words for this challenge, but I’m a writer who makes things up so I figure it’s okay. Even though this word doesn’t exist in the dictionary, it has existed for me since started reading romance novels.

Vloop is equivalent to a word that describes how my stomach flips, loops, turns or whatever when I read about a kiss, hand holding, a tender look, basically anything romantic that occurs in a romance novel.  It happens when I watch movies, and in real life during my own romantic moments.

To me it’s the equivalent of going downhill on a roller coaster where your stomach wants to go to your throat, but instead of that happening it flops over in a wave-like way. I know I’m making a mess out of the definition, but let me tell you that it’s a pleasant yet uncomfortable feeling, if that makes any sense at all, but I absolutely love it.

Have I been clear enough with the definition of my word so that at least one person understands what this vloop feeling is?

  4. Very inventive, I like Vloop, it works. Although, due to overindulging at the Fair grounds when I was 19, my stomach doesn't like to go Vloop anymore. It now goes puke...
