In Ghana (and the UK) the blog hop would be called Labour of Love. 

Destiny Mine is a labor of love in more than one way. The heroine, Esi, is a midwife who excels at both delivering babies and setting people up (at least she had luck with her cousin in Midwife to Destiny). One job I could never do is be a midwife, and yet I have the utmost respect for them. I wanted to relay this admiration to the world. Plus it made for a hot romance when I threw a womanizing doctor into the mix.
