Please take note that I wrote the first book in this series.
Although the stories are connected they were written separately. I’ll let you
know that if I didn’t genuinely like the book, I definitely would not be
reviewing it.

My Review
Isha, the first princess of Bagumi, is not someone to mess with. She’s
amazing! Strong, confident, adventurous, intelligent, and loyal. Zain is her
counterpart in every way. He wants the best, not only for his people, but
especially for Isha. They make the perfect power couple. They experience a ton
of hardships to get there, but their journey is totally worth it.
It is always a pleasure reading Ms. Taye’s exceptional writing style.
She tends to get spicy with her books, but this one was tamer than others that
I’ve read from her. Not to say it didn’t get hot, though.
This was a wonderful tale that took us from the UK to a real West
African country and then to fictitious West African countries. The trip was
incredible. Romance at its best.
I give this book five out of five tiara shaped chocolate bars.
