And the winner of the Amazon $10 is…

Before I announce the winner (I’m not deluding myself, I know you can scan to the bottom of the page and read it for yourself). I’d like to say a huge thank you to those who tried to make my goals come to fruition. Did I reach my goals? Not by a long-shot, but I’m a little closer than I was before.

I’m learning how to see the bright side of everything.  I got to learn about three books I had never heard of. I got to interact with people  and I get to give away a $10 Amazon gift card.  Even though my goal wasn’t met I have learned and I’ll have a better chance of meeting it as time moves along.

And with that said I’ll announce the winner. But first let me tell you how she came to be randomly chosen. I wrote all three entrants names on pieces of paper, folded the slips into tiny squares, placed them in my hands and shook them like I was making a martini. I had a student pick a square.
