As I look back on my life I realize that the only things
I would go back and change are the things that hurt other people. Not that I’ve
hurt people in the past intentionally, but those unintentional actions and
words could be just as blowing as anything I have done on purpose. Those are
the things I would change.
The things I have done that lead to something negative in
my own life I wouldn’t change. It is these mistakes that caused me to have the most
growth in my life and increased my faith and trust in God. The life choices we
make all come with consequences, this was (or rather continually is) a hard lesson to learn, but well
worth it.
I keep things in until I explode. Then I say everything I thought I needed to say when I as "keeping it in". Many times, once all that is out, I realize why I was keeping it in to begin with.

Thanks for sharing Tim. Sometimes it's better to keep the words bottled up and take it out in a different more productive way.
