Celebrating author friendship

Vikki at Scribblings of an Aspiring Author has started a meme where every Friday we post what we're celebrating for the week. Thanks Vikki. It's not too late to sign up if you're interested.

So much to celebrate this week, but I'll keep it brief.

Celestine, myself, and Empi.
I met with two fabulous women this week. Eating, laughter, gossip about books and poetry (and men, but shhh about that) ensued.

I've been bragging about Empi Baryeh's books: Most Eligible Bachelor and Chancing Faith since I first read them.

And the great poet and author of a novel which will take the world by storm when it's published, writer of the awesome blog, Reading Pleasure, Celestine Nudana.

I had a lovely review on Love Books? Blog Books!  and the United Indie Book Blog this week. My blog tour with Love Bites and Silk is keeping me busy, but I love it.

If you can't get enough of me, catch me on Linda Carroll-Bradd's blog today.

What are you celebrating?

  5. Wonderful about the reviews, and connecting with friends and colleagues who make you smile and think is always refreshing. Visiting your blog is a little like going to the house of someone who is arranging flowers, cooking hors d'oeuvres and laughing with the conversation. Very nice! 6. Looks like a fun get-together! I need some local writing friends. I switched from romance to children's fiction, so I don't fit in with the newbies and the people who have been writing a billion years already have their cliques.

    1. It's hard to break into established groups. I hope you find some writer friends soon, Stephanie.
